The property was under renovation and was priced as if it wasn't while there was no notice while booking. The TV would turn itself back on after being turned off. I had a cockroach in my room. The internet did not connect. I was given a voucher for food, that I was initially told was good for only food, but when I went to breakfast I was told it was only good for dinner.

Under construction

The construction started early in the mornings and the drilling noise were extremely loud. The construction crews using the one functioning elevator, so we had to wait and or take the staircase down. The pool was unavailable due to the construction. The starbucks wasn't open despite being told that they would be. Overall not a good experience. Plus they charge for parking, $10/ day.

Overall clean. But rooms need update. They are supposedly starting a renovation next month which is great! The room beds are definitely tired but clean. The rooms a/c worked great! The bathrooms were good. Double beds should hopefully be changed into queens which will make the rooms great! The staff was very nice and the restaurants was great for meals as there are not a lot of dining options nearby.

Well first off, I had 2 rooms reserved, but when I arrived they only had me down for one room. Then I was advised that there was a $10 per day parking fee. Which I didn't understand because they have a wide-open uncovered/open parking lot in the front of the Hotel like most hotels and there was NO Valet parking, so I don't understand that per day charge. I was livid but was like oh well, and accepted the fact that I'm being charged for self-parking. Next thing was the TV in one of the rooms did not work. So, after 24hrs we requested to be moved to another room. There's only one exit/entrance to the hotel and they only have (2) elevators. We were on the 8th floor and one of the elevators only went up to the 5th floor for the first 2 days we were there. Finally, as I'm checking out they were about to charge me for 2 cars, after I CLEARLY stated at check-in that we only had ONE car. We drove 11hrs from Central Texas for a family reunion & this is NOT what I expected. We had (3) other groups of family members that were staying at this hotel & experienced similar issues during their stay as well.

Under construction. Noisy until after 5:00 pm. No USB outlets. Bathrooms do not have ventilation fans. Uncomfortable beds. Heater, fan was very noisy and couldn’t sleep with it on, even after they sent someone to repair it. Not worth the price, maybe it will be better after construction/remodeling is complete. No vending machines.
