"The first room we had was nice. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. We had an issue where the bed was wet, though, so we got switched to a new room. The new room was fine, but some of the conveniences of the first room were missing. (no luggage rack, the shaving shelf in the shower was gone, no alarm clock) The staff was super nice about the whole thing, so I appreciate that.
