"Great experience. Staff, especially Karin was exceptional. We had one night where there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on the door and running off until about three in the morning. Then we were awakened that morning by one of the managers asking if we had six people staying in our room, which we did not, there were 3 as stated in our reservation.
