"The character & history were unbelievable, but the staffing was less than ideal. We didn’t see a single person there. Checkout time was pretty early & if you don’t get to breakfast early, you will miss out. There wasn’t even any coffee left. Glad I got a chance to stay there, but I’m not sure I’d go again…"

"Loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic, clean, roomy. Enjoyed the fireplace in both the bedroom and bathroom. Had a good soak in the whirlpool. Great location near river walkway, restaurants (good brewery).
Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, went the extra mile. Loved talking to Lisa every morning. Good cook and was always helpful."

"James took great care of us. The property is an amazing old mansion, beautifully restored and very charming. James made us an amazing breakfast and was able to tell us all about the history of the mansion. I highly recommend staying there, truly a memorable experience."
