"Everything was great tbh, just had small things to complain about and that was things like it took 15-20 mins for the water in the shower to heat up an our air in our room didn’t work, so it was a little stuffy but all in all it was a wonderful stay and I’d stay again!"

"No idea how this hotel has a 8.0 rating. It was super gross. Driving in there were several police officers arresting someone in the parking lot. First impression … super uneasy. We check in with the kind lady at the front desk. She was personable and pleasant. Enjoyed the process with her. Zero complaints about her professionalism or anything. She did perfect. "Room was okay, bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and pillows were yellow.. didn’t notice until morning since the stained part was on the corner of the sheet that gets tucked in for no one to see. Over all I guess that’s the quality you get for what you pay for. Not my first time staying at this place but definitely will be the last. "

"The place was cute. But its definitely described best as u get what u pay for. Thankfully we only slept there. But we didn't get blankets until the 2nd night. I was a little shocked that there wasnt a dresser in the room. So we had to stay packed for the 4 days we were there."

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"This hotel was perfect, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved having full kitchen in the suite!! The options for dinner were limitless. Rooms were clean, view of the Vegas strip was a plus. Would definitely stay here again! "

"It was a great experience. We walked in the casino, no smell of cigarette. It smelled clean. Our room was nice & clean. Staff from the casino, to the receptionist, housekeepers they were all very polite and friendly. We will be back to El Cortez soon."

"No they were rude and racists. They were judgmental and overly excessive with there rules We left the room in excellent condition very clean and complied with all their excesive rules and they were looking for anything they could to keep our deposit and couldn't find one so they said that the sheets had some blood stains and we never even got under the top blanket and they kept our deposit"
