"Those cinnamon rolls are a wonderful way to start the mornings of a weekend getaway! Beyond that, staff kept everything replenished even though there was a full house. The gentleman that checked us in was so welcoming and polite. I reported a water issue in our room to him late the first night and the maintenance staff handled it first thing in the morning. Wow. "Our room was essentially clean. A dirty hand towel had been left (it was stained, maybe makeup?) crumpled up next to the sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirt was left behind by the mop. But very sticky and i used the bathtowels to cover the floor. Upon check-in I was informed they were adding a $100 charge for room condition. That was to be refunded after check out. Bathroom light was very bright and could not be turned off. We closed the door for overnight. Only one washcloth...

"Our room did have a stained foot mat and we found a live bug but we don't think it was a bed bug. But besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was prompt, caring and helpful."
