"Overall a nice, convenient place to stay. The neighborhood is lovely and it’s easy to get to the hotel and park the car with the valet. Rooms are spacious but could use a little updating. Front desk staff could be more helpful. I waited for at least 2-3 minutes while they were on the phone with someone. Convenient, tasteful bar area with friendly bartenders. Though that area of the lobby and bar always smell of cigarette smoke. "

"This stay was for a Mother/Son annual Cubs outing. Location is great and allows for maximum walkability. We were able to walk there from ORD blue line train and to red line for Wrigleyville. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are nice size and clean. We had a partial view of the lake which was amazing. This was the best hotel gym I’ve been in and I regularly stay at 4/5 star hotels. Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely stay there again on upcoming trips. "

"Overall hotel was great but even on the 6th floor you can hear everything from the streets. I know it’s a city so expect to hear noise but it was almost like we were on the street it was that loud. "
