"Location great close to tram stop and a short walk to the beach.Check in staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean with comfortable bed.Well stocked with coffee,tea and milk.Water pressure good and plenty of hot water. Bathroom was a little small and dated but does not detect from experience.Breakfast options good.Would stay again."

"Customer service was probably the highlight. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel amenities were great, we loved the pool and spa. Buffet breakfast was also great. "

"Pool wasn’t the cleanest and staff at the pool bar were slack. Restaurant and reception staff were very welcoming and good and the concierge was very good too. food was also nice as well as the hotel room spacious enough and comfy beds."
