"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Wonderful place to stay"

"This place has become the place we stay at when flying out of Brisbane. It's so well located being across the street from the DFO, 5 minutes to the airport, and underground parking. Very clean comfortable good size rooms. Definately recommend."

"This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean. There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next."

"Well, it was quiet a surprise for an older building. Room was very fresh, had everything i needed, jug toaster, microwave. Coffee and tea supplies, even a biscuit or two. enjoyed my chocolate left on the bed. I had dinner at the bistro, Tuesday night is steak night, and it was cooked to perfection."

"Was very clean and convenient, the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept amazing. Despite being right next to a busy road the noise isn’t a problem. There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. "It was amazing and the staff was great!"

"Great little unit for an overnight visit prior to an early morning hospital visit. Bed was comfortable, room was lovely and clean. Very close to major shopping centre and Prince Charles Hospital."

"The unit was clean, and nice and in the right spot for us .but we had to go buy a new doona as the doona that was supplied had blood and stains all over it. It was too disgusting to sleep underneath it."

"Good to settle in for meal and drinks and not worry about driving some where else. Bed really good"

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"We stayed there two separate nights. The rooms did not smell great and there was a lot of smoking going on outside all the rooms."
