"The hotel was good and comfortable; great value for money. The staff at front desk, dinning area, and cleaning were nice, friendly, and helpful. Hotel near train station making it easy to get to various areas of Sydney. The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough."

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."
