"Nice friendly staff, however the cleanliness of the property was not good. The first room I was given had a large stain on the carpet. The carpets in the hallways are also covered in stains. They really need to replace the carpets. Parking was always available and the location was good, very central to the lower North Shire which I needed."

We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. "Room was nice and clean. Staff wasn't very helpful. After trying to reach them and them telling me my credit card was declined without telling me they don't accept my credit card. I requested to talk someone I person. Someone popped out of the building after telling me the check in was remote check in. I had to pay a deposit and I was told that my deposit will be paid back within couple of days of check out. There was no instructions about the tv and wifi connection. No instructions on near...
