"Staff really pleasant"

"Generally ok. Hotel seemed low on resources. Check in closes after 6pm and no one on site; it felt deserted. That said, we were welcomed with very a friendly, informed, efficient front of house - coffee tea and water available. Apparently, the hotel has changed hands and has new management - no breakfast available. We complained - we were grateful for a generous refund. "This property is beautiful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and we loved our stay! The bathroom was huge and we loved that there were bunk beds for the kids. We wished we could have stayed more than 1 night here! The small kitchen was really nice as well."
