Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. "The hotel was perfect for us. It is so conveniently located beside the Polynesian Cultural Center, which was absolutely phenomenal. The beach right by the hotel is wonderful. There are few people there and the water is perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. We were able to rent snorkel gear and take an Uber to Shark Cove and Turtle Bay to snorkel. The staff suggested Shark Cove and I am so glad we did both because both locations were wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel and area has such a great vibe. We could see the beach from our room."
