"We had a great stay here. The property is newer, very clean, and well maintained, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The one-bedroom suite was perfect for traveling with a toddler since we had a separate bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing snacks and simple meals. The pool was a big hit with our little one, and we appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making trips into downtown...

"Warm welcome at reception desk, AND the breakfast.was very good. I liked that they use fresh eggs. The lady that served was very.nice."

"Hot water didn’t work, room smelled like smoke and floor was filthy. This area of Seattle is very rough and was a huge amount of drug usage/prostitution in/around hotel."

"The in room coffee machine did not work. I used the microwave to heat the water. The desk staff was super helpful and gave us pointers about travelling down town. There was a metro line stand right outside of the motel."

"This was a great two night stay in the Northgate area - busy property but the front desk staff was friendly and handled all efficiently. Appreciated the advance and during stay communication from the Front Office Manager. While probably automated it is still a nice service touchpoint that is underutilized by most hotels."

"My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options. Only in town to catch a cruise ship. In the future if your elevator is not working you need to notify your...

"The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel."

"TV needs to upgrade from old cable to Smart TV. Door locks need to upgrade from old keys,.. to card access."

"Staff were amazing. Breakfast is really good! The elevators get really jammed up in the morning and you wait a while to get to your room or parking garage. Staff were good about dealing with some noisy neighbours we had above us. We did have some black mold in our shower but rest of our room was clean and the location is perfect."
