"As I arrived everything was good check in and then I got to the room and everything looked good but it was the bathroom that really bothered me and well to be honest I’ve been a housekeeper for several hotels here in SA and one thing I noticed was hair long black hair i have blonde hair so it wasn’t mine there was hair stuck to the to toilet and hair in the shower on the rail and little hairs little black hairs all around the bathtub on the floor. That’s just one thing. I just don’t like to see when I check in a room. And then breakfast was okay the fountain drinks well there could of been a sign to say out of order but there wasn’t but other than that, I stay there was all right thank you "

"When I first got to the room, I noticed that my sheets were stained with blood, and I called down and asked for a new bedsheets to be fixed and I would be gone for hours got back. The room still had blood sheets after calling them again somebody came to change it and then noticed that comforter was stained as well so they changed the whole bedding. Then my second problem encountered the first night was so hot in the room, even though I had it at 60 I felt that the hallways were better place to sleep. It was extremely hot. I called down to the front desk and had them fix it. The second night was decent, but those are two huge problems I encountered at the very beginning. "

"Good stay overall. We only ask that when we request room cleaning, it actually gets done. Also, three times the milk was spoiled. Other than those two details, everything was very good."
