Location of this property was convenient. Three restaurants within a 2 minute walking distance. Overall cleanliness of my room was poor. The floors were not swept or mopped after previous tenant. Chair was stained with food/drink. Night stand had drink residue.

You get what you pay for!

Not the best experience, but also not the worst. The room itself was decently modern with a comfortable bed. Mopping doesn't seem to be part of the housekeeping responsibilities, so bring socks or house shoes because the floors in the room are super dirty. Also check the sheets as the ones on our bed had a little swipe of blood on them. Don't expect much from the continental breakfast either. It consists of white bread, cereal, and waffles. And make sure you bring your own ice - 2 of the 3 ice machines don't work. Basically, come with extremely low expectations if you choose to book this property. It seems to be privately owned, so the standard that exists at most La Quinta Hotels is not even close to being met at this particular one.

Sadly, no shampoo at all, not even to buy at the lobby. Lobby itself was bleak or demoralizing, We wanted to cancel right there. By 8:00 am, breakfast consisted of 5 pieces of white bread, no milk for cereal, and no one to ask for anything, and we need to have breakfast at Denny's. This Quinta Inn was a 5 on a scale from 1-10.
