"This was a great hotel. Clean, great location central to almost everything mid town has to offer, comfortable bed, good water pressure / shower, nice decor , etc. Only downside was the elevators were slow / small but didn’t affect us at all. I’ll def go back for my weekend trips to the city. "

"I loved the hotel - the reception staff were great! The restaurant staff were horrible. Ignored us. When we finally got our order it was because we had to get another staff to help us. One night we had to get the hostess track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants or bars to others. "

"This is our 4th time staying in POD51 over the space of about 10 years. Its a lovely, quiet hotel at a reasonable price. Its clean and in a convenient location. Times Square is aprox 25 minute walk or 15ish minute sub ride. 10/15 minute walk to the Rock. We've always stayed in the bunk pods with shared bathroom. 4 bathrooms per floor with a super handy light system in the room to tell you which ones are free. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. We will be back. "

"The hotel is conveniently located, modern and clean, rooms are well equipped. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The hotel lacks a communal space that is accessible 24/7 for families/groups to regroup in or even simply work from, and there are many events at the hotel so the restaurant/bar were not always both accessible to hotel guests. Be advised - The pool was the big selling point for us but the system in place makes it so difficult to actually find loungers on warm days in the afternoons...

"This my third time staying at the Empire. Staff are extremely friendly. The roof top pool and bar are great on a hot summer day. The Lincoln Centre across the street has live music outdoors on the weekends. Close to many nice restaurants and shops. Central Park is a block away. Best spot to stay in NYC! "

"sehr saubere Zimmer. Super Ausblick und direkt am Times Square. Subway in direkter Nähe. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! An den drei Fahrstühlen muss man zur Hauptzeit zwar etwas länger warten, aber wir sind einfach früher aufgestanden ;-)"
