"The main issue was with the staff, they were really mean and at breakfast the shut everything off at 9:01, normally if breakfast is 6-9 they stop serving at 9 but they were still a lot of families eating I personally wanted more oj and the lady said they weren’t going to serve more period"

"Horrible. The room was so dirty. There was still glitter on the floor from someone else. The mirror never cleaned. Super nasty office chair, broken cabinet, the pool was dirty. Literally a dead big beetle in the center of the white tile hallway for hours. Almost no staff around. Bathroom door was disgustingly. I have never left a bad review. That says a lot. "Positives: Comfortable bed, nice pool, and a big tv(55") with roku for streaming all the TV apps. Good breakfast. Negatives: the front elevator was out of service so EVERYONE had to use the only other elevator at the back of the hotel, other than that it was great. I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10"
