"We have a 1 bedroom but the Washer dryer in unit did not work, they did not provide a room change even it seems there are other empty rooms. The room did not have sufficient lighting. "

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "
