The rooms were clean and the beds quite comfortable. While the location is a bit far from the main areas, it’s still manageable.
Unfortunately, the experience with the reception staff was very disappointing—except for the very polite and helpful young man working the night shift. He was the only one who showed professionalism and genuine care.
On the other hand, one of the receptionists (I believe her name is Shobana or Shoshana) provided shockingly poor service. She was disrespectful, unhelpful, and gave the impression that guests were a burden rather than a priority.
To make matters worse, we lost our wallet in the parking lot—with our IDs, passport, cash, and credit cards—and were told that there is no CCTV coverage in or around the parking area. This lack of security and follow-up was deeply frustrating and left us with no support in resolving the issue.
