"Bed covering was stained. Towels was old and also they looked dirty. With both towels and bed spread I don’t know how housekeepers could miss those!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting UTK. It was clean, beautiful, and the amenities were great. It’s a little bit secluded from traffic, which was very nice for someone noise sensitive like me. I had zero disturbances through the night. The AC kept me at a comfortable temperature. Lots of dining options around. I got dinner at an Afghan food truck down the road. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was probably pretty normal for hotel food, nothing special, but I appreciated...

"Blankets all had holes in them. Air conditioner worked about half the time. People in the room next door hollered and screamed all night talking about killing people. He was was reported to staff and all they said was something is not right with him. Will not be back"

"I didn’t realize it wasn’t a free continental breakfast. Hotel was nice, but the area was a little concerning. Continual foot traffic on the street in front, looked like homeless people looking for resources. I don’t know, but it certainly raised awareness for me."

"The bed was super comfy at least. The “hot” water was warm, our room AC was terrible and worked intermittently, check in was slow and we were originally given a room that already was occupied. I can’t say I’d stay here again. "
