"Elevators did not work for most of our stay. Pool bar was closed almost the entire week. The only friendly staff was the bartender. She was great. Hotel was big clean and the first day housekeeping woke us up to clean the room, all the rest of the days they told us they don’t clean automatically you have to let them know.
