"They gave my room to someone else because staff made a mistake and checked in the wrong lastname. They gave us a smaller room which I assume was the person who took mine because they were all booked up. I originally booked a suite. Hotel is needing some major renos. For what I paid for, was not worth it at all. I could have stayed at a nicer more modern hotel for less or for what I paid for. The toilet paper had some brown stain that soaked through so I tossed that in the garbage and opened a...

"Booked this hotel going of their breakfast photos. It was not as shown. There was no waffle maker and the apple juice had floaties. There was no fruit and only milk in the fridge. Have updated photos posted so others do not waste their time and money coming based on continental breakfast. Will not return. "

"Staff was nearly non-existent. You call from the desk if you need someone. They seemed bothered, even though I had a reservation and they should have been expecting me. Bar of hand soap and zero extras; towels with questionable stains; TV trite 'not set up',most outlets didn't work - I unplugged the TV to charge my phone. "

"Was a very enjoyable stay. Got a patio room and enjoyed the extra space. Hot tub was great, even better when the worker showed us how to adjust it! "

"Parking was easy, room decent. Room door had a huge gap under it. Bathroom needed some maintenance. Otherwise it was a good stay and pretty clean. Nice staff."

"Staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room is clean but there is mold in bathroom and vents needs to be cleaned. Desperate for updating. Slide was down last June when we were there and is still down. This time the kiddie pool is also closed down. Breakfast could use some work but it is doable. "
