The bed was extraordinarily comfortable with great pillows and a great room, however, there was somebody partying upstairs all night long and they didn’t quit partying until 6 AM and we left at 7 AM

Let’s begin with the good. The room was almost perfect. Huge TV, soft beds and new bedding. I would have given a perfect score except for the bathroom which was in rough shape. The floors are thin and you hear everything through them too. Now the bad. The building is in rough shape. The breakfast area is very basic and run down. The place feels clean but horribly needs a renovation. The neighbourhood has an old and commercial feeling. I didn’t feel like it was a safe neighbourhood, but nothing happened either. I expected a little higher standard from a well-known chain. I guess they don’t check up on locations like they once did.

Very disappointed in breakfast. No reg coffee at all. The decaf was absolutely terrible. Ended up going to a restaurant. Bathtub ; well I refused to use. Nice big TV. Bed was clean and comfortable. Terrible location. For the price this wasn’t worth it.

Room was okay. Bed comfortable and nice tv to relax in front of. Showerhead was stationed lower than average. Disappointed with continental breakfast as few selections for time of morning (7:45AM) and price for stay: bread, plain yogurt, juice, and coffee.

The rooms were very clean, but the location wasn’t the best and I paid almost just as much to stay at this hotel as I normally do to stay at the Jasper! I’m not sure what was going on for the weekend but I definitely overpaid to stay here.

Picture shows a full buffet breakfast which is very misleading. Only coffee and bread available. The picture of the front lobby doesn’t reflect the current condition accurately. Additionally the finish in the tub was not in a condition you would want to sit in. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
