"Room was nice, bed and location were great, however, the AC went out in the hotel at night. We were roasting! Our room got to 77 degrees with no relief whatsoever! Front desk was nice/understanding but no credit was given for the issue sadly!"

"There were Several Maintenance issues at this hotel. Also, I believed that the maid service was to be daily in a hotel that cost $300+ per night. The management did not even try to be helpful in resolution of the problems. What they pointed out was that the original description of the maid service were clearly pointed out in the hotel info during booking. In retrospect it was buried deeply in the hotel writeup.
