"Great Hotel,clean room,and a very good breakfast.(Added bonus free shuttle to and from airport). The staff at(DFW Hyatt Place)is one of the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. "Perfect first impression upon our arrival! The receptionist, Alexis (Lexi), provided a friendly and fast check in while describing the hotel amenities. Our room smelled and felt immaculate- was really well maintained!! Parking was plentiful and safe. Overall, we spent a cozy quiet night at the hotel which was only made better by the bountiful and not boring breakfast. The hotel management and staff definitely has an excellent knack of taking care of their guests! Will definitely stay here again...

"Positives: Comfortable bed, nice pool, and a big tv(55") with roku for streaming all the TV apps. Good breakfast. Negatives: the front elevator was out of service so EVERYONE had to use the only other elevator at the back of the hotel, other than that it was great. I'd rate it a 8.5 out of 10"

"The elevators smelled old and musty so did the hallways.bed mattress was smashed on one side from being slept on that one side alot , I guess.which made it an uneven sleep for both of us.bed frame stuck out past the mattress for you you to stub your toes,or hit your shins."

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a non-smoking room through Expedia, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and was extremely hot. I asked for another room, but the replacement had cigarette burns on the sheets, hair in the shower and on the bedding, ripped and broken furniture, and torn, filthy walls. When I tried to sleep, fleas were jumping on my face and phone. I turned on my flashlight and saw dog hair everywhere. Appalled, I packed up and returned to the front desk. I...

"Just needed somewhere close to DFW at short notice. The room was surprisingly big, very clean linen comfortable bed excellent breakfast and a free shuttle back to DFW. Ideal place to stay for a night or two."

"Mattresses needed be flipped, vacuumed and the room should likely be fumigated. The older Hispanic gentleman at the desk was patient, respectful, and classy. He definitely worked to make things right. Pest control should be made a greater priority."
