"Would stay here again "

"Our stay at the Drury was great! Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and had a great shower. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast bar was excellent and well supplied. The only onsite parking is valet style so there is an additional cost. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely stay at the Drury again on our next trip to Sante Fe."

"I was allowed early check-in as I was early. The desk clerk was very accommodating. Upon entry with my baggage I tripped over an improperly placed rug at the front of the hotel. The desk clerk did come to help me. I was not seriously injured. The room was dirty. Carpet was stained as was the couch. Bathroom floor had dirt in grout. Worst experience for Hyatt stay. "

"It was extremely clean but could use a refresher and it does not have a fridge, or microwave. But it would be nice to have at least a fridge."

"There were no coffee makers in the rooms. They didn't have ice buckets. The breakfast was terrible. We were told that they couldn't find their egg pans! And it was so noisy that each room had ear plugs. One person on the front desk was polite but the other two at the desk made you feel like you were bothering them."

"Unique hotel with Pueblo and Santa Fe inspired ambience. Fantastic location in downtown. They have valet garage parking, but it is $30 a night. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The gym had a lot of different type of equipment, and the pool was nice as well. The restaurants and Casino are always enjoyable! The room did get a little humid during the nighttime or after showers."
