"We were on a clean and quiet floor. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff in particular was quite good. They kept the buffet clean and well stocked."

"Great overall"

"Good breakfast Room was clean 1 elevator"

"Will stay again on our next visit.. great hotel"

"We stayed in the Family Suite, which was a lovely room. The bedding was very nice. My only two complaints are 1. there isn’t a light above the coffee bar so I couldn’t see anything because it was in a dark nook in the room and it lacked an overhead light, 2. The room has a door joining to another room and we were woken at 6am by our neighbor speaking very loudly as the sound traveled through the door. There needs to be soundproofing of some sort because it was ridiculously loud. One more thing,...

"The hotel sits right off of Pearl Street giving you a short, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Within the hotel there is the Corner Pub which serves really good food and drinks. Even better (in my opinion) was the coffee bar connected to another restaurant within the hotel. I merely had to get out of bed and walk down a beautiful staircase to get delicious coffee. It was a perfect setup. We also had breakfast at the Spruce (attached to the coffee/hotel) which was very good with great service."

"Everything was great at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing is they need to change the carpet. The old carpet made the room smell other than that. We had a great day."

"We traveled with pet and they put us in a very convenient room, next to pet area. The room was rustic yet comfortable with the modern amenities n very quiet. Comfy recliners in front of fireplace n TV. There’re DVDs n popcorns available in the office. Great location, friendly staff n a place to come back definitely👍"

"The hotel was okay. You get what you pay for. The breakfast wasn’t that great just boiled eggs and yogurt. The rooms were clean but they don’t come into your room to clean if you’re staying less than a week. The staff were friendly/great. Parking is free air conditioner worked great. The shower water pressure needs to be updated as not too much hot water comes out and the hot water didn’t last long so we would end up taking coldish showers. As I said earlier you get what you pay for."

"Exactly what we expected. Rooms were clean even though the elevator was kind of gross. Friendly staff. No complaints! Near Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe if you need a bite after long travels"

"Very clean, we stayed in a pet friendly room and there was not pet hair or smell. Comfortable beds and bedding, free s'mores , snacks, coffee and tea. Roaring fire at night, corn hole, horse shoes and a well maintained little playground. Close to downtown and the Fall River Rocky mountain National forest entrance."

"I really enjoyed my stay, beautiful property! I can't wait to go back!"
