4/10 Poor

"The experience at this hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The air conditioning system was controlled by the hotel staff, when asked if we can make the room cooler since we have allergies and asthma, they were telling us that someone will come and check it out. We were told the air was “cranking” which it wasn’t. We also had to chase for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. We were told 20 minutes, but yet no one brought us towels. We had to call and go down again to get new towels. There was no room service also, we had to take the garbage out ourselves."

"The staff at the front desk were very kind during check in and check out! I didn’t have any other reason to reach out during my stay so my interactions were short. Breakfast was okay, not a ton of options for picky eaters but had the classic hotel waffles. The room was relatively okay, we found a dirty tissue under our bed but otherwise looked as clean as possible. The bathroom was a little dated but not something that really mattered. Walls were a little thin so we could hear the tv and dog in the room next door but it wasn’t an issue when it was time for bed. I would definitely stay here again, was a short 11 min drive to either of the east entrance stations to RMNP."

"Arrived for a 4 night stay for a graduation & wedding with family we had 4 different rooms. They advertised the restaurant on property convenience we went with cuz my dad is 91 but restaurant didn't serve dinner they were only open to serve appetizers very inconvenient. Breakfast on the first morning was awful sausage was overcooked, cranberry juice was out. 2nd morning breakfast french toast was great. My daughter's room had a foul smell to it they said no more rooms the first night. Took til the third day to get a different room. All in all it was convenient to the academy where the graduation & wedding took place."
