There is a large kitchen and living room area with a couch, which made this 1-bedroom feel much larger. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. Additionally, the complex is safe and full of community amenities. Driving distance is close to both the mountains and Denver. "

"The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep...
