Great property for a family. Very roomy! Suggest taking extra towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper (theirs is not great) and extra basic kitchen necessities.

Comfortable beds. You might want to bring your own pillows if picky on that. Dated, but clean. Rec center has heated pool and big outdoor hot tubs. Kitchen stocked with basics utensils for cooking. Spacious. Easy parking. Loved having 2 full bathrooms!

Nice place/location, some communication issues

Overall nice stay, good location. We never received the check in email with answer code and required multiple calls to the emergency line to locate the unit and gain access. Otherwise nice property with basics but a little dated. Would be good for a small family.

The condo is older but well maintained. Everything works and was clean. The main problem we had we the extreme dryness on a very cold weekend. This is just a high altitude problem in general, but it would be nice if the unit had a humidifier. The ridge club is nice for the outdoor hot tubs.

The unit served our purpose. It was very functional and the beds were comfortable. The club amenities were very good. Overall our unit was very worn. We had several small annoyances like: The skillet was scratched and despite calling to request a replacement during our stay, we did not hear back from management and had to purchase a new one to use. Provided fire logs did not ignite easily. No matches/lighter in the unit. No coffee filters for the coffeemaker (we left a stack in the unit for future guests). Spotty WiFi

The place is very clean, has a great setup, and the fireplace was amazing. The views of the mountains out of the glass doors are also very nice.

I was pleased with my stay. However, I was extremely displeased with the lukewarm temperature of the “hot” water. After a long day of skiing I wanted a hot shower and was t able to do so.

Nice place, a little dated but everything was maintained well and working. You have to type slowly on the keypad to get in. Comfortable beds, good heat, plenty of hot water, it was all good. The ridge club was nice for hot tubs after skiing. The purple line bus has a stop right in the parking lot in front of the unit making it easy to get to the ski resort and back without parking hassles. Get the lift rider app to see the schedule and live bus locations.

Give the building and correct unit number. I got a 3 digit unit number that not even the staff at the clubhouse knew. They couldn’t help us and I had to go around putting in the 6 digit code at every unit in every building. It was very frustrating and no one was answering the phone.

This was not the Condo we rented through Travelocity. We were rebooked to this unit because Travelocity overbooked the original Condo. Extremely disappointed with Travelocity. The rebooked Condo was not comparable to what we initially booked.
