Clean property, cozy little cabin just minutes outside of the western side of Rocky Mountain national park! Can’t complain really, owners were super nice and friendly and I appreciated the kitchen and stove and towels and coffee provided
Excellent staff who were over the top accommodating and an excellent value option for Grand lake. Will be on my short list for places in the area to stay in the future, thank you!
Available and near the np. Had room for us to park an extra vehicle.

Disliked: Check-in
The property was fine, centrally located, basic accommodations. We arrived at check in and our cabin wasn't ready until an hour and a half after we arrived....the staff were very apologetic, but it messed up our evening.
The place is cute and no hassle and the staff is very kind and accommodating, and I love how they went to so much trouble to find all the things I have to do with fishing cause I was in the trout cabin and all the decorations were so adorable! I wish I could’ve stayed tonight, but it was booked
I felt very sorry to the host that I had a flat tire, waited for the towing and stayed in a room longer than expected but the host was very nice to me. Grand Lake is kind of a remote area , maintaining and renting such property with good size plus kitchen is not so easy. However I appreciate it!

We found the check in process difficult but realised on our travels around Colorado that this is normal. It was just missing the personal touch.
The cabin was roomy and had everything needed (except a hairdryer!!!!) for a two night stay. It just all felt a little grubby.
I do not like leaving a negative review as I am aware that it is someones livelihood.
The cabin is close to Grand Avenue and all its amenities. Perhaps we had too high an expectation for the price.
This place has all the bare bones and masses of potential.
Easy check-in and out, small, no air conditioning; only a gas stow for heating, need to keep windows open for airflow and oxygen. Not suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness is great, especially for such an old place.
Good location close to the downtown walking area. It was clean. We were in the Wolf cabin. It had a really good-sized living room area.
Negatives: There were absolutely no electrical outlets in the bedroom. Two in the living room, one of which was needed for the TV; the other was thankfully around the corner from the bedroom. There were 2 lamps in the living room, but you couldn't plug both in unless you wanted them both on the same side of the couch. We had to go to ACE Hardware in Granby and buy extension cords and power strips so my husband could plug in his CPAP and we could move in a lamp and charge our phones by the bed. (Went to Granby because the one hardware store in Grand Lake was already closed at 5:00) When we arrived the gas was on on the stove, but not lit- probably accidentally bumped by the cleaning person. So it took a while to clear the air up. No A/C, but a couple fans were there- had to plug them into our power strip too. Most of the windows do not open, so it was hard to get a breeze going through there, but by morning it was comfortable. We had to wait until 4:45 to get into our cabin because they didn't have it ready. I wouldn't stay again. Just too
many strikes!
We loved staying here! Such a cute cabin! We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It’s definitely older, rustic type vibe but that’s what we were hoping for. Just want to note that the bathroom is extremely small, not sure if that’s listed anywhere, but we didn’t mind at all, it worked for us.
