"Was there for one night. Was supposed to be offered a free upgrade when available, was instead offered an upgrade for a fee. The room we received was ADA which is fine but the bathroom flooded when you used the shower. We were by the elevator so we had a lot of outside noise from that. We were also double charged for our room and I was only offered a sorry. Someone with stretched finances may not be able to survive an additional $400 charge on top of a $200 hold. The fees for anything inside...

"There were no breakfast included. Expedia says there is, once you are on the property, YVE hotel employee told me that there was not breakfast package purchased. Also, I am disputig a charge for a dinner that we did not consume. I am calli g the hotel, but nobody answers the phone. This is a so called "tourist trap". I can't recommend it to anyone. "
