"Restaurant close, staff very dry, elevator is closed, 3 floors up with my suitcase nobody offers to help; in the morning they knock the doors like very rude. "

"in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!"

"Very spacious rooms"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the TV in our room was shattered, which immediately set a negative tone. There were no towels provided, and when we called room service to request some, we waited over two hours before receiving anything. The bathtub was also clogged and unusable during our stay. Housekeeping was another major issue, when we asked about cleaning, we were told it would be done on the third day, but no one came until it was time for us to check out. Additionally, the security guards were rude when we were simply trying to access the pool, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. There was also no hotel guide or clear instructions on how to use the elevators, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, customer service was very poor, and basic standards were not met. I would not recommend staying here."

"A VERY NICE place overall! I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. But horribly crowded in peak times, weekend, etc. The old fight for a pool chair at 6:30 AM stuff just gets old, especially at a place that’s supposed to be higher end. Dominated by younger couples with small kids, mixed in with the business/conference types. Good mix of people if that’s something you prioritize. Besides the crowded pool, my biggest complaint would be the $30 cocktails. I know it’s Miami Beach but cmon. Great walkable location with access to the boardwalk and lively shopping/restaurant areas across the street. Close enough to walk straight to the action, but not quite in the middle of clubbing insanity! I would probably splurge a little extra and go for a boutique place before I go back, but I would go back. Again, CROWDED pool and my kids were just a little too old for the pool noodle scene. "

"Horrible experience with hotel and valet staff , my truck got towed while valet had my truck in their possession.old and out dated rooms. Would never go back "

"The property was ok. Our original room was unacceptable given it was off the stair well, but they did relocate us up one request. The elevator was out of service for 1 day. The pool was one of the better amenities though the music is at a higher level that would be more party than read a book. The location is right in the middle of the strip, so if you prefer a more quiet vacation, I would look elsewhere. It was a good value compared to other options we looked at … so you get what you pay for."
