Good but potential to be excellent
"Good but they didn't clean my room during the normal cleaning routine in the morning. We had to request the bin to be emptied. Also they didn't charge one of my meals I ordered correctly which made it a bit of an annoyance to sort later in my stay."

"We had a problem our first night with the shower. The staff were so friendly, helpful and apologetic. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t have the same or similar room available to move to that would have enough space for all of us…so they put aside a room just two doors down for us ..."

"Room was clean and welcoming. I did like the interaction not needed to check in, smart easy and quick way of doing things. I enjoyed it! Room was exactly as stated and advertised. The only thing missing was maybe a chair to sit on. We did not miss out on anything, happy about our stay!"
