The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. "Restaurant and bar closed one night on my second day for private party, leaving no food or drinks for hotel customers! Two more nights of my stay restaurant portion closed again for private parties. Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!"

The lounge was very nice to have and I used the fitness centre which was very clean. Room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay here again."

"Great stay!! Very well located, close to subway and great food nearby. Popular parts of Tokyo like Shinjuku and shibuya are accessible from here. Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. Very happy with the check in and check out process and I appreciated the access code for the room rather than a physical key. Nice interior and comfortable beds as well as a comfy large couch on top of that."

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....
