"Everything was a 10/10. I was a bit upset that the lounge was at capacity because we pretty much booked our trip around the lounge being available and there was nothing on the app here stating that the lounge was not available so if that could be implemented, that would be great other than that the room service was amazing. Housekeeping was perfect. The views were beautiful. I will definitely be back. "

"The Royal Sonesta was perfectly located for tourists to walk to almost anywhere. It is a beautiful setting and a nicely appointed hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better! Highly recommend!"

Public parking is across the street and very convenient. Save money on parking by using the Spot Hero app. You get unlimited in/out privileges at a fraction of the cost for hotel prices. "

"Great location and converted old Virgin Hotel. Room was fine and hotel basics were fine. There wasn’t any room service daily or for my 3 night stay. There was a strike for housekeepers and they were LOUD out front everyday. Not sure what the hotel fee was for on top of Expedia hotel charge was for, they gave me 2 waters the first day and that was it. They also upsell their vacation club/time share a lot, kinda odd."

"My friend and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were artsy and clean, and the staff was amazing, particularly Annie (front desk) and Sam (cafe). We didn’t try the breakfast, but everything looked appealing and fresh. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the Michigan Ave attractions, but I prefer it since the area is less noisy, especially at night! Overall great stay, I will definitely be back."
