"The rooms were terrific. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but this was probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. My only complaint was that there was a very large parking lot closed off which made it difficult to get to the hotel lobby for my elderly mother, who was still recovering from hip surgery and using a walker. "All of the Niagara Falls State park is within walking distance from this hotel. A lot of eating places around. Especially like their breakfast. I highly recommend buying their breakfast at the time of booking your room. Unfortunately, there is $20 a day separate parking fee to park your car in their parking lot. Overall, 5/5 experience."
"Very well-appointed hotel! Everyone went the extra mile, especially the breakfast staff. The facility was clean and top-notch in all ways. I had almost given up on Best Western, but now, I'm willing to give them another chance. This was one of the best places we've stayed in over the last several years. Keep up the good work!"
