However, the only major concern was the staff behavior. The staff was very rude and not welcoming, which really affected the overall experience. If customer service improves, this hotel would be a much better place to stay because everything else was satisfactory."

"Nice stay at the Hotel Buffalo. Don't let the outside fool you, this place was super clean, safe and everything worked to perfection. Rooms were spotless and had everything you need. Gym was fine, free coffee 24/7, free Wi-Fi and parking. The Wingnutz restaurant was fantastic! Super happy with our stay."
