"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago. The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

There are only two aspects that they need to improve: The entrance to the hotel is full of rocks and makes really complicated if you arrive with suitcases with wheels; and the service at the front desk after 10:00 pm does not work, we had some questions about transfer suitcases to airport as they say we cam make it before 11 pm, but we used the ring bell several times at the front desk and nobody came up. "Great quiet place to come back for some much needed rest after all the activity during the day. Queen Double Rooms were on the smaller side but this is common in Tokyo; the Twin bed rooms were far more spacious. Very clean! The only thing that although convenient, could use some upgrade is the coin laundry - our clothes didn't dry completely so we had to air dry in our rooms. Beware of this if you are on a strict traveling schedule. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend!"
