"We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

"We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. "The hotel was a bit hard to find as a first time visitor to Tokyo but once we checked in the appeal of this hotel started to show with it's prime location in the heart of Shibuya. Other than that the rooms were spacious, check in/out was a breeze. To make things easy the airport bus starts/stops at this hotel. Plenty of food options around and tons of things to do. Lovely experience, would recommend!"
