"Only stayed one night so didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would probably advise going early for breakfast if you are having it as things become a bit limited if you go later but what was available was very nice."

"My cousin and I have been a regular returning guests at this hotel, having chosen it on numerous occasions for staycations and relaxing getaways. As returning guests, we always enjoy staying at this hotel. It has become one of our preferred choices whenever we visit the area for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Hannah, the General Manager, Lisa from the dining room team, and the lovely lady who takes care of keeping our room clean and tidy every day. Your kindness, attentiveness and efforts truly contributed to making our stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Your hard work is very much appreciated. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It is just a few minutes' walk from The Glasshouse, and with a bus stop only steps away, it is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding areas and visiting various attractions. Breakfast is reasonably good, and I particularly appreciate that some members of the staff are friendly, welcoming and approachable, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team for making us feel welcome once again. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning!"

"An amazing first time at Dakota Newcastle. Parking was easy, although the 10p additional booking fee seems a bit cheeky. Reception was great. The staff were polite and courteous. The room was fantastic, with probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. A very spacious and well equipped bathroom. All in an excellent stay."

"★★★★★ A Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Gosforth Park! The hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with a lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room – perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities throughout the hotel were exceptionally clean. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the friendly and welcoming staff, who helped create such a pleasant atmosphere. This is a fantastic hotel for families, offering a wonderful combination of comfort, relaxation and excellent facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"
