Very clean and comfortable rooms, and while it's off the beaten path for many "touristy" parts of NYC, it's a great neighborhood with lots going on in its own right!

We were fine with the hotel initially, however on our second day of a four-day stay we were asked to immediately vacate both of our rooms because of a 'maintenance issue' that they wouldn't elaborate on. They told us they would put us up in a 'better' hotel but the hotel they offered was actually one less star with terrible reviews, so definitely a downgrade. We said no to paying the same price for a downgraded hotel, so they said they would give us a refund but we were on our own to find a new hotel for the rest of our trip. Having to find a new hotel for our entire family in New York city with absolutely no notice only one day into our vacation was pretty terrible. I still haven't received a refund, but they said it has been issued.

Not very clean, hair in bathroom and some dirt still in shower. Said "breakfast included" but they gave us a bag full of sugar to-go (oreo cookies, chocolate mini-croissant, juice box with added sugar, yogurt with added sugar)... My daughter cant eat sugar, so that was really disappointing.

This location is definitely off the beaten bath but it does the job if you’re not looking to stay the entire time in the room. Bed was comfy, great black out shades, bathroom was nice. Shower could have used more of a deep cleaning. Room space overall was fine. The tv has great apps but can’t use with their remote which was annoying. But overall great stay, with restaurants nearby, shaking crab and some Others. May seem a little rough but not a bad spot

Once again It was truly a peaceful and restful stay at this hotel. I stayed at this property in November 2021 (10days) and had a similar experience that is why I returned. Excellent for business travelers who want some quiet time to work. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet surronding within walking distances of the train station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping area.
