The pictures of the room when you book it have a great view, but not the reality. No water or coffee in the room. No hot water in the bath. Toilet is clogged but they don't fix it immediately.
The property is in a great location and the room was a good size. The bed was amazing. It was extremely comfortable. I think the property could use a bit of updating. It felt a bit dated.
The room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child but the room only had a king bed, so we had to ask for a pull out bed. There was also blood stain on the carpet, next to the bedside table, I asked for it to be cleaned but it wasn’t so I had to ask again. Great location from Time square (5 minute walk) and the subway is 2 minute walk away.
