"Staff member Hava, who was on reception when my daughter and I arrived was very warm and welcoming and made a lasting impression on my daughter. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hava and the gentleman on reception in the morning who brought us complimentary hot sandwiches at breakfast. This is a fantastic budget hotel made extra special by the staff."

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."
