"The staff is accommodating, Very friendly, and helpful. Christina went out her way to make sure that we had what we needed for hygiene. We came for dinner, and stayed on a whim. We didn't plan to stay, so we had nothing. She made sure we had enough of everything they offered. And personally brought it to the room at 1am. The environment is comfortable and relaxing. "Great location for essentials shopping, dining and easy access to grass valley. Tamara is a great manager and the staff was absolutely fabulous. It was nice having the exercise room available 24/7 and the breakfast was a real meal. The room was clean and appeared to be recently upgraded, I rate it 5 Stars for a reasonably priced hotel."
