The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are fresh and clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. Property is quiet, dog, friendly kid, friendly, and just a very special place.

comfortable beds, not an overpowering smell of cleaning products, the kitchen in our suite had all you need from a kitchen like utensils, plates, pots and pans etc. The breakfast was nice , the mini omlette in waffle maker was awesome, people were nice, it was quite and relaxing.... downtown is a block away.

My husband and I love staying here! We appreciate the warm friendly staff who graciously prepare a complimentary cook to order omelette and waffles each morning. Parking is easy to visit historic Grass Valley or a short drive to the cool waters of the Yuba River and Nevada City. We will be back next year!

Nice breakfast (loved the womlettes), happy hour and hot tub, which helped us feel part of the community. Staff friendly. King room was spacious and choice of ac or ceiling fan (we prefer the latter). Robe and towels provided for hot tub, pool and sauna. Easy to park on the property and walk to Main Street for dinner. I recommend and will return.

This property is always my first choice when visiting Grass Valley. Two blocks off Main Street making for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff is always so helpful and cheerful. Rooms are excellent and there is a good breakfast assortment,especially the 'womlettes' make to order. Locally owned and operated. Lovely gardens.
