"The entire room was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the walls to the shower.
There was even pet food on the floor from the people before us.
The toilet seat was broken. I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt.
Mind you we didn' t wanna stay, but we were away from home and it was very late.
The next morning we let the front desk know. They had the cleaning staff clean a bit more and replaced the toilet...
