Then they gave us a room with a joined bed instead of 2 twins, as we had reserved. The A/C in the room did not work the first night. They moved us the 2nd night and it still didn't work. They brought a fan, but we were very frustrated to have to share a bed (we're 2 friends) and sweat the whole night when we intentionally...
