"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. "Here’s a polished, firm but fair review you can use (keeps your key points but strengthens the impact): I stayed at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa (room 50) and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...

"It's was an experience we wanted, to stay in a castle. The Ruthin Castle has a ton of history. It's a bit run down but I guess that could be the charm. The bathroom was beautiful, the rooms (bedroom and living room) were large. Overall, the place seemed quiet and dark. There is not a lot to do in Ruthin. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"We had a very enjoyable stay with the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool/John Lennon Airport. We had booked 2 nights stay to attend the Grand National at Aintree. The room was good, and everything was well catered for, tea and coffee, an abundance of Shower gel, shampoo, and lovely body lotion. We could not fault the Hotel at all, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, and could not do enough. There were unfortunately an issue with the keys to the room - they were not working...
